Targeting electricity network | Turkish forces expand ground shelling in north western Al-Hasakah countryside

Al-Hasakah province: SOHR activists have reported that Turkish forces stationed in “Peace Spring” area have expanded the range of their ground shelling to areas in north western of Al-Hasakah, including Rubay’at, Tel Ward, Khirbat Shair, Tel Shinan and Tel Kifijy villages in Tel Tamr countryside all the way to Abu Raseen (Zarkan) town, causing significant damage to the electricity network, but no casualties have been reported yet.

A few hours ago, SOHR sources reported rocket fire by Turkish forces on Al-Dardarah and Um Al-Kaif villages in Tel Tamr district in north-western countryside of Al-Hasakah. No casualties were reported.

 

Yesterday, Observatory sources reported that positions in Tel Tamr district in the north-western countryside of Al-Hasakah came under heavy artillery fire by Turkish forces in the evening, as the bombardment was concentrated on Al-Dardarah village. The bombardment also targeted positions in the villages of Tel Tawil, Tel Jumaa, Um Al-Kaif and Al-Tawelah adjacent to “M4” highway. However, no casualties were reported.
