Second military drill in hours | Coalition forces conduct exercises at their largest base in Syria

Deir Ezzor province: New violent explosions have rocked Al-Omar oil field in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor on Saturday morning.

These explosions were caused by new joint military exercises by International Coalition Forces and SDF in the Coalition’s military base, SOHR sources said.

It is worth noting that this is the second military drill conducted by the International Coalition in a few hours.

Yesterday, reliable sources informed SOHR that the International Coalition Forces conducted military exercises that evening in their base in Al-Omar oil field in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor with the participation of SDF where explosions were heard due to this drill.

SOHR sources confirmed that the reports circulated on social media and pro-regime and opposition press agencies about rocket fire by Iranian militias on the US base in Al-Omar oil field were completely untrue.
