Violations by Turkish-backed factions | Al-Hamza Division arrests two girls in Ras Al-Ain (Sere Kaniye) countryside

Al-Hasakah province: SOHR activists in “Peace Spring” area that is under the control of Turkish forces and their proxy factions have reported that Al-Hamza Division has arrested two girls from Deir Ezzor province, while they were attempting to reach Turkey with the help of migrant smugglers from Abu Al-Soun village in the countryside of Ras Al-Ain (Sere Kaniye) in Al-Hasakah countryside.

It is worth noting that National Army factions were engaged in smuggling people and goods between areas under their control and that of other forces in Syria, as they take huge sums of money.

Ankara factions-held areas have already witnessed violent clashes between factions, which left victims due to disputes over smuggling routes and sharing of levies and profits.
