Coordinating with Baghdad government | 113 Iraqi families leave “Al-Hawl Mini-Camp” to their country

Al-Hasakah province: SOHR activists have reported that 113 Iraqi families have departed from Al-Hawl camp in Al-Hasakah countryside, after coordination with Iraqi government, where busses and trucks headed towards Syrian-Iraqi borders this evening.

Earlier today, reliable sources told SOHR that the administration of Al-Hawl camp in the south-eastern countryside of Al-Hasakah was preparing to evacuate a new batch of Iraqi families today, after coordination with the Iraqi government. On the other hand, SOHR obtained information about handing over nearly 50 Iraqi ISIS members held in Al-Sena’a prison in Al-Hasakah to the Iraqi government.

On January 3, SOHR sources reported that several buses arrived at Al-Hawl camp in the far south-eastern region of Al-Hasakah from Iraq in preparation to transfer 100 Iraqi families to “Al-Jada’a camp” in Mosul city. This came after coordination between the administration of Al-Hawl camp and representatives of Iraqi government.
