Al-Raqqa  | Turkish forces bombard Tal Abyad and Ain Issa

Al-Raqqah Province: SOHR sources have reported that Turkish forces renewed bombardment in areas in north Al-Raqqa countryside, targeting positions in the following areas: Khaledya, Haoushan in the western countryside of Ain Issa, and cement company in Beer Khat in the western Tal Abyad. However, no casualties have been reported so far.

On January 9, SOHR activists reported that the Turkish forces bombarded with heavy weapons  SDF positions in the western countryside of Tal Abyad, north of  Al-Raqqa. Heavy artillery shells also hit Al-Fatesa town and the surrounding areas of Aleppo-Al-Hasakah international highway “M4” in  Ain Issa countryside, north of Al-Raqqa. However, no casualties were reported.
