SDF-held areas | Two guards at “Future Syria party” centre assassinated in Manbij countryside, east of Aleppo

Unidentified gunmen shot two guards at a centre of “future syria party” in Al-Arima town in the western countryside of Manbij, east of Aleppo, yesterday evening.

This development comes in light of the ongoing security chaos across Syria since the outset of 2022.

As more fatalities are recorded and updated regularly, the number of people who were killed in areas within the four provinces of Aleppo, Deir Ezzor, Al-Raqqah and Al-Hasakah, in addition to the SDF-held area of Manbij in the north-east of Aleppo rose to 859 fighters, civilians, oil workers, and officials in service parties.

The Syrian Observatory documented the assassination of 321 civilians including 20 children and 20 women by armed cells in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, al-Hasakah countryside, Al-Raqqah city and countryside, and Manbij area. In addition, 534 SDF fighters, including local leaders, were assassinated in the same areas and four members of international coalation.
