January 16 death toll | Four civilians killed in different circumstances across Syria

SOHR has documented the death of four civilians in different circumstances across Syria, yesterday.

The fatalities are distributed as follows:

• Two siblings from eastern Ghouta died under torture in Saydnaya prison

• A displaced inhabitant in Al-Rukban camp, originally from Homs province, who had to be transferred to a hospital for treatment, but when the Red Crescent car tried to get him out of the camp, Al-Musalas checkpoint refused to let the car pass and asked the patient to walk to the “military intelligence service” of the Syrian desert, which is located in Palmyra city in east Homs. The man was killed in the security service headquarters, while his brother was notified to receive the body and bury it.

• A “4th Division” commander was killed due to an IED exploded in a military vehicle in the airport district in Daraa city.
