Accused of “Smuggling antiquities and drug dealing” | Three “collaborators” with Hezbollah arrested by Regime forces in western Qalamoun

Rif Dimashq province: SOHR sources have reported that regime forces have arrested three members of “National Defence Forces” in Yabroud’ city in western Qalamoun, Rif Dimashq.

According to Syrian Observatory sources, the three persons who have been arrested work in smuggling stolen antiquities from Syria into Lebanon and drug business in the region in coordination with leaders of Lebanon’s Hezbollah.

It is worth noting that Western Qalamoun region is witnessing a significant activity in drug dealing and smuggling of antiquities and contraband drugs between Syria and Lebanon.

The smuggling of antiquities and drug dealing are facilitated by local militia officers and commanders of National Defence Forces and 4th Division, in coordination with commanders of the Lebanese Hezbollah.
