In 48 hours | Russian jets execute 56 airstrikes on Syrian desert

SOHR sources have reported that the number of airstrikes executed by Russian fighter jets on the Syrian desert in the past 48 hours rose to 56, as the airstrikes hit different positions in Homs and Deir Ezzor deserts. Meanwhile, regime fighter jets targeted several positions in east Hama desert with machineguns.

 

Accordingly, the number of airstrikes executed by Russian fighter jets on the Syrian desert since the beginning of January 2022 has exceeded 442.

 

Yesterday, reliable sources informed SOHR that Russian fighter jets executed over 40 airstrikes on positions in the Syrian desert, where the airstrikes concentrated on Al-Rasafah desert in Al-Raqqah countryside. No casualties were reported.

 

On Monday, SOHR activists reported that the number of airstrikes carried out by Russian fighter jets on the Syrian desert since morning rose to 52, as the airstrikes hit different positions in Al-Raqqah and Deir Ezzor deserts and positions near Hama desert. However, no casualties were reported.
