Turkish drone attack | Three SDF fighters killed and injured in Tel Tamr

Al-Hasakah province: SOHR sources have documented the death of an SDF fighter and injury of two others in an attack by a Turkish drone on a group of SDF fighters and maintenance workers in a power plant in the Assyrian Tel Jemaa in the northern countryside of Tel Tamr

 

SOHR sources have just reported that several fighters of Syria Democratic Forces were injured in a drone attack in Tel Tamr countryside in north-western Al-Hasakah

 

According to SOHR sources, a Turkish drone targeted a power plant in Tel Jemaa in the northern countryside of Tel Tamr, injuring three SDF fighters who were escorting electricians checking malfunctions in the power plant. Meanwhile, rescue teams headed to the targeted area to evacuate the injured fighters and check damage caused by the attack.

 

On January 14, reliable sources informed SOHR that Turkish forces and their proxies bombarded with heavy artillery Al-Rabiyat, Tel Al-Ward and Al-Abboush in Abu Rasin (Zarkan) countryside and Al-Dardara village in Tel Tamer countryside, north-west of Al-Hasakah. However, no casualties were reported.

 

A day earlier, reliable sources informed SOHR that Turkish forces fired artillery shells and rockets on the north-western countryside of Al-Hasakah, targeting Umm al-Khair village in Abu Rasin (Zarkan) countryside and Al-Aboush near Tal Tamr, amid a new wave of civilian displacement from the area.
