New attack | Unknown assailants clash with SDF in Deir Ezzor countryside

Deir Ezzor province: SOHR sources have reported that unknown gunmen fired rockets on the water station in Al-Latwa neighbourhood in Theban town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzoe, which caused material damage.

 

Meanwhile, violent clashes with machineguns erupted between the attackers and SDF. However, no casualties have been reported so far.

 

Yesterday, SOHR activists documented four separate attacks in hours in Deir Ezzor countryside, where SOHR sources reported that unknown gunmen opened machinegun fire on a military checkpoint of Syria Democratic Forces on the road between Al-Kesrah and Al-Kebar (Hawi Al-Harmousiyah), leaving several SDF members injured.

 

On the other hand, a member of the Self-Defence Forces was injured in an attack by unknown assailants on a military post in Al-Kebar town in Deir Ezzor countryside.

 

Observatory sources had reported an attack in the centre of Theban town and another one on the house of a commander in Theban town a few hours earlier.
