SOHR: Syrian prison clash kills more than 120

A deadly clash between US-backed forces and the Islamic State has led to at least 120 deaths.
This all started when the Islamic State attacked a Kurdish-run prison last Thursday,.. hoping to break out prisoners.
The clash has been on-going since then, with UK-based Syrian Observatory of Human Rights reporting that 77 IS members, 39 Kurdish fighters, including internal security forces, prison guards and counter-terrorism forces were killed.
Unfortunately, at least seven civilians were also killed in the fighting.
Officials say the military did recapture 104 prisoners who escaped, but the total number of those who broke out had not been determined.
The prison is known to hold thousands of suspected ISIL members.
