Amid Guwayran prison developments | Russian forces bring Su-34 fighter jet in Al-Qamishly airbase

Reliable sources have informed SOHR that the Russian forces have brought Sukhoi Su-34 fighter jet in Al-Qamishly Airport which is under the control of the forces, to intensify preparations in response to “Guwayran-Al-Sina’a” prison battle in Al-Hasakah city.

According to sources, Al-Qamishly Airport houses fighters, nearly six Russian helicopters, some regime soldiers but there are no regime fighter jets in the airport that is completely controlled by the Russian side.

The Russian Foreign Ministry has announced that the recent security developments that took place in Al-Hasakah city in north-east Syria mirrored the weakness of the US and the Kurdish forces to secure the region.
