SDF-held areas | Coalition brings in military reinforcement from Kurdistan region to bases to NE Syria

Syrian Observatory activists have reported seeing the entry of a new international coalition convoy into areas of northeastern Syria, from the Kurdistan region, where the convoy, which comprised nearly 40 trucks and vehicles loaded with logistical and military equipment, has headed to coalition bases.

On January 29, Syrian Observatory activists monitored the entry of a 28-truck UN aid convoy into the autonomous administration-controlled areas of northeast Syria from the Kurdistan region of Iraq.

That convoy was secured by the international coalition forces and the Syrian Democratic Forces while it passed through the vicinity of Al-Hasakah city.

That development came in light of the continuing curfew and putting forces on alert over the blazing events in Ghuwayran prison in Al-Hasakah.
