Heading to west Syria | Coalition aircraft take off from Ain Al-Arab base

The operation by International Coalition Forces in areas on the administrative border between Idlib and Aleppo has been ongoing for more than an hour, amid flights by fighter jets, F16, over the area.

SOHR sources say that today’s operation has been similar to that operation which targeted Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi in Idlib in 2019. At that time, aircraft took off  from “Kharab Ishik” base in Ain Al-Arab (Kobani), before striking their targets in Idlib.

Reliable SOHR sources ha had reported that Coalition helicopters targeted with heavy machineguns areas between Idlib and Aleppo provinces, near Deir Ballut village.

On the other hand, the International Coalition carried out an airdrop in that area, where soldiers had called, via loudspeakers, to evacuate women and children from a house near a school in the west of Deir Ballut, before they stormed that house.

Meanwhile, fierce clashes erupted between International Coalition Forces and gunmen, amid confirmed reports of fatalities.

SOHR sources reported earlier that International Coalition carried out an airdrop in a military zone hosting a non-Syrian jihadist near the administrative border between Idlib and Aleppo provinces, close to the Syria border with Iskenderun.
