Injuries among regime soldiers |Turkish drone shells joint military position eastern Aleppo

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have documented the injury of two regime soldiers severely, due to shelling by Turkish drone on joint military checkpoint between regime forces and “Manbij Military Council” in Al-Jat village near frontlines of Al-Sajoor in Manbij countryside eastern of Aleppo.

Moreover, Turkish forces fired tank missiles on the same checkpoint and other positions in the area.

This comes 24 hours after a similar Turkish drone attack.

Yesterday, SOHR sources reported that a Turkish drone targeted a position of “Manbij military council” of SDF on Arab and Mohsenli frontilies, northwest of Manbij in the eastern countryside of Aleppo. No reports of the number of casualties were obtained by SOHR.
This attack coincided with mutual rocket fire between “Manbij Military Council” forces and Turkish-backed factions on the frontlines of northwestern Manbij countryside and Jarablus countryside, amid ongoing flight by Turkish reconnaissance aircraft over the area.
On February 6, SOHR activists reported that a Turkish drone shelled two military positions, which were evacuated by the Manbij Military Council before the attack on Arab Hassan village in the Manbij countryside, eastern Aleppo. However, no causalities were reported yet.
