Deir Ezzor | Smuggler shot dead by SDF members

Deir Ezzor province: SDF members have shot a smuggler after trying to flee to regime-controlled areas via Euphrates River in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor, SOHR sources have reported.

The smuggler is a resident of Hawaij Dhiab in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor which is controlled by regime forces.

Yesterday, SOHR activists documented the injury of a civilian from Al-Shahil town in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside, where SDF members opened fire on him near Euphrates river while he was watering his land.

On the other hand, the SDF member was injured in clashes with smugglers in Al-Shinan town in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside.

Moreover, an SDF patrol managed to confiscate several quantities of fuel which was set to be smuggled to regime-held areas.
