93rd joint patrol | Russian and Turkish forces tour Ain Al-Arab (Kobani)

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have reported that Russian military police ran a joint patrol with the Turkish forces in the western countryside of Kobani, where eight Russian and Turkish military vehicles, escorted by two Russian helicopters, set off from Ashma village 20 kilometers western of Ain Al-Arab and roamed Jarikly, Fokani, Jibna and Baiadiya villages all the way to Zor Maghar village which is located opposite to Jarablus on the eastern bank of Euphrates River.

The patrol returned to the east, reaching the Internal Security Forces checkpoint near the radio station, west of the city of Kobani, before returning to Ashma village.
It is worth noting that this new patrol is the 93rd between the Russian and Turkish forces in the region since the Russian-Turkish ceasefire.

On March 7, SOHR activists reported that the Russian Military police have conducted the 92nd joint patrol with Turkish forces in Ain Al-Arab (Kobani) with the flight of two Russian helicopters over the region, where eight Russian and Turkish military vehicles set off from Ashma village 20 kilometers western of Ain Al-Arab and roamed Jarikly, Fokani, Jibna and Baiadiya villages all the way to Zor Maghar village which is located opposite to Jarablus on the eastern bank of Euphrates river. The patrol then returned to an Internal Security Forces’ checkpoint near the radio station western of Ain Al-Arab and then back to Ashma village, meanwhile the Russian military vehicles returned to their centres near Sarin town southern of “Kobani.”
It is worth noting that this new joint patrol between Russian and Turkish forces in Ain Al-Arab (Kobani) is the 92nd of its kind since the ceasefire.
