Commemorating 11th anniversary of Syrian revolution | Demonstrations in Idlib and Aleppo demanding overthrow of Syrian regime
SOHR activists have reported that residents have staged massive demonstrations in Tarmanin, Salaqin and Jisr Al-Shughor in Idlib countryside, and Al-Atareb in Aleppo countryside in the 11th anniversary of the Syrian revolution.
The protestors sticked to the revolution’s original demands of overthrowing the Syrian regime and unification of the Syrian territories and people.
Moreover, protestors explained that the only way to get salvation from the many displacements and murders is by overthrowing the Syrian regime.
On the 11th anniversary of the Syrian revolution against the Syrian regime calling for freedom, justice and democracy, the Syrian Observatory activists have reported seeing mass demonstrations in Idlib city and different areas in Aleppo countryside and Deir Ezzor countryside.
On March 15, According to SOHR activists, the people staged a mass demonstration in the middle of “Al-Sabaa Bahrat” Square in Idlib. While other people staged mass demonstrations in Al-Bab, Ezaz, Akhtarin and Marea in areas controlled by Turkish forces and factions loyal to them in the countryside of Aleppo. A mass demonstration also took place in SDF-controlled Al-Ezbeh town in the northern countryside of Deir Ezzor.
Moreover, displaced people from various provinces and regions across Syria took part in these mass demonstrations, chanting slogans denouncing the Syrian regime and confirming the ongoing of the Syrian Revolution.
On the 11th anniversary of the Syrian Revolution, SOHR sheds light on the horrible situation in Syria, as tens of thousands of innocents have been arbitrarily arrested, millions of persons have been displaced, as well as nearly 610,000 people have been killed since the outbreak of the Syrian revolution in March 2011.
