Al-Hasakah | Regime checkpoint intercepts US patrol

 

Al-Hasakah province: SOHR activists have reported that members of a regime checkpoint have intercepted a US patrol comprising five vehicles in Tel Al-Zahab village in the southern Al-Qamishly countryside, forcing the patrol to change route and head towards a different direction.

This is the fourth incident of its kind since March.

On March 18, SOHR activists reported that regime supporters blocked a US patrol and prevented it from moving in Rohiya village in Al-Qamishly city northern of Al-Hasakah.
Moreover, regime supporters blocked US vehicles in Farfara village in Al-Hasakah countryside this morning, forcing them to change route.
While on March 17, regime supporters blocked a US patrol, in Tel Al-Zahab village southern of Al-Qamishly city, forcing it to change route and proceed in a different direction.
On March 6, residents and members of soldiers stationed at a regime forces checkpoint blocked the way of four US vehicles in Tal Ahmad village in south-east Al-Qamishly countryside forcing the US patrol to change its destination and continued its tour in another area.
