30 fatalities in explosions of old ordnance in 2022 | Child kills in explosion in Jabal Al-Zawiyah

Idlib province: SOHR activists have documented the death of a child in the explosion of an unexploded projectile in Shanan village in Jabal Al-Zawiyah in southern Idlib.

Accordingly, SOHR has documented the death of 72 civilians, including two women and 30 children, due to explosions of landmines and unexploded shells and bombs across Syria since early 2022. In addition, 83 civilians, including three women and 49 children, sustained various injuries in the same period.
