Syria-Turkey border | Jandarma and SDF forces exchange fire near Amuda city in Al-Hasakah countryside

SOHR activists have reported that exchange of fires have erupted between SDF Border Guards and Turkish Border Guards “Jandarma” in an area between Amuda city and Khanki village, north of Al-Hasakah in the early hours of Saturday morning. This development comes in light of an attempt by Turkish “Jandarma” to prevent people from crossing and sneaking into Turkey. No casualties have been reported.

It is worth noting that areas in north and east Syria have recently witnessed escapes of SDF commanders to Turkey with huge sums of money in coordination with Turkish forces.
