Deir Ezzor province: SOHR activists have documented the death of a civilian and injury of others in clashes between cousins with armed weapons in Al-Harijiyah village in the northern Deir Ezzor countryside in SDF-held areas, amid security tension in the region and calls by residents for dignitaries to interfere and break the clashes.

On April 11, violent clashes between cousins of Al-Shaitat tribe erupted in SDF-controlled town of Ghraninj in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor over an old vendetta, killing one person and wounding another who was taken to the hospital for treatment.
