Renewed shelling | Regime forces bombard positions in Sahl Al-Ghab and Jabal Al-Zawiyah

Since the early hours of Tuesday morning, regime forces have fired rockets on areas in Al-Sarmaniyah and Al-Ziyarah in faction-controlled areas in Sahl Al-Ghab in north-west Hama countryside and positions in Jabal Al-Zawiyah in southern Idlib countryside, but caused no casualties, SOHR activists reported.

On April 17, SORH sources reported frequent flights by Russian reconnaissance drones over Jabal Al-Zawiyah, Sahl Al-Ghab, and Jabal Al-Akrad in the “de-escalation zone,” amid rocket fire by regime forces on Sfuhen, Al-Bara, Al-Fterah, Bayanin and Fulayfel in southern Idlib.

On the other hand, frontlines of Al-Amqiyah and Al-Mashari’ in Sahl Al-Ghab in the north-west of Hama experienced an exchange of rocket and heavy machinegun fire between regime forces and factions of “Al-Fath Al-Mubin” operations room. However, no casualties were reported.
