Russian bombardment | Russian air-to-air missiles hit safe zone in Aleppo countryside

SOHR activists have reported hearing loud explosions in “Afrin, Azaz, and Al-Bab” areas, which are controlled by Turkish forces and “National Army” factions in the “safe zone” in Aleppo countryside in the early hours of Saturday morning, caused by Russian fighter jets targeting the area with missiles, igniting panic and fear among civilians.

Yesterday, SOHR activists reported that Russian fighter jets had flown over the “de-escalation” zone, firing air-to-air missiles on Ihsam town in Jabal Al-Zawiyah in the southern countryside of Idlib.

SOHR activists in “Putin-Erdogan” area had reported that Russian fighter jets had executed more than six airstrikes just before noon on Friday, targeting Al-Ruwayha area in southern Idlib countryside and Al-Ankawi in Sahl Al-Ghab, north-west of Hama. No casualties were reported.
