Deir Ezzor | SDF patrol arrests civilian for “belonging to ISIS” and releases ten people after five-day arrest

SOHR activists have reported that a SDF patrol has arrested a man during its raid in Al-Shuhayl, east of Deir Ezzor, for “belonging to ISIS cells,”on Sunday morning

Meanwhile, SDF forces have released ten people arrested five days earlier from Al- Shuhayl town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor.

On April 23, SOHR sources reported that members of SDF patrol arrested two people from Al-Kashkiyah town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor.

According to Syrian Observatory sources, one of the detainees is a former member of ISIS security agency, who is currently in charge of one of the river crossings connecting to regime-held areas.

Meanwhile, Reliable sources reported that ISIS fighters attacked a SDF patrol while passing through Al-Litwa neighbourhood in Dhiban city, east of Deir Ezzor. No casualties were reported.
