Renewed protests in SDF-held areas | Protestors call for improving living conditions west of Deir Ezzor

SOHR activists have reported seeing a gathering of dozens of civilians on the main road in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor in areas controlled by SDF, demanding better living conditions. The protestors have blocked the road with burning tyres.

Areas controlled by SDF in Deir Ezzor countryside have previously seen demonstrations and protests, demanding that the “Autonomous- Administration” in north and east Syria shoulder its responsibilities and fulfil their demands in light of deteriorating living conditions.
