Failed assassination | Unidentified gunmen shoot commander of Al-Hamza Division in Afrin

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have documented the injury of a commander of Al-Hamza Division severely, where unidentified gunmen on motorbikes opened fire on him at Tarnada highway in Afrin countryside.

SOHR activists reported that violent clashes with light machineguns erupted between gunmen displaced from Deir Ezzor and members of Military Police patrol in “Al-Nofoteh” crowded market, amid reinforcements for the displaced gunmen against the Military Police.
This came hours after the announcement by Azm Operation Room about the weapon chaos and infighting in most areas held by Turkish forces and their proxies, which completely bans the ownership of weapons and giving right to stop any element violating the instructions and refer them to disciplinary committees.
On the other hand, a Military Police patrol opened fire on a civil vehicle in the centre of Al-Bab city, injuring the driver with a bullet in the leg, where he was transported to the hospital to receive proper medication.
