Under supervision of Russian reconciliation centre | Over 11,000 civilians strike reconciliation deals in Aleppo

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have reported that reconciliation centres that regime forces established in Maskana city in eastern Aleppo countryside are still receiving applicants who want to settle conditions under Russian supervision, where the number of those who underwent reconciliation in the centres in Maskana, Deir Hafer, Tel Arn and Hiyan has increased to over 11,000 civilians and fighters.

It is worth noting that these centres were established on different times since 2022.

On March, SOHR activists reported that regime forces opened reconciliation centers for suspects under supervision of Russian reconciliation center, in Maskana in eastern Aleppo countryside, Ma’damiyah Al-Sham in Rif Dimashq and Al-Sabkha in eastern Al-Raqqa countryside, where Ma’admiyah Al-Sham school in Rif Dimashq started the first phase to strike settlement and receive civilians and dozens of civilians went to the center.
Meanwhile in Al-Sabkha town in eastern Al-Raqqa countryside, regime forces opened a center to receive civilians included in reconciliation process.
Moreover, Russia made promises and provided guarantees to the people that all those whose “settlements” are accepted would be removed and deleted from the security authorities’ wanted lists in a maximum period of 25 days from the date of the settlement.
