Al-Raqqah | Turkish forces and SDF trade fire on Ain Issa frontlines

Al-Raqqah province: SORH sources have reported exchange of heavy and medium machinegun fire in the early hours of Friday morning between Turkish forces and their proxy factions on one hand, and Syria Democratic Forces on the other on the frontlines of Ain Issa camp in the northern countryside of Al-Raqqah. However, no casualties have been reported so far.

 

On May 9, SOHR activists reported Turkish attacks which rockets and heavy machineguns on Maaliq village and M4 international highway in the western countryside of Ain Issa district, the “capital of the Autonomous-Administration” in the north of Al-Raqqah. However, no casualties were reported.

 

While on April 28, Turkish forces and their proxy factions shelled the villages of Al-Dabas, Khalidiyah and Houshan in the western countryside of Ain Issa in northern Al-Raqqah, but no casualties were reported.
