New resolution | “Autonomous Administration” reduce the families’ share of heating logs for next year

The General Administration of Hydrocarbons of the “Autonomous Administration” issued a resolution to reduce the families’ share of diesel heating material in the next winter, where the resolution stated that each family would be given 300 Litres of diesel one time, despite the fact that the previous share of 440 Litres never satisfied the needs of the civilians in last winter, forcing them to wait long hours in queues to receive 30 Litres of diesel for high prices.
