New assassination | Unidentified gunmen shoot member of Military security and his companion dead in Daraa

Daraa province: SOHR activists have documented the death of a member of a local faction of the Military Security with his companion, where unidentified gunmen directly opened fire on them in Tafs city in western Daraa countryside.

Since early 2022, the number of attacks in Daraa province has risen to 203, which left 157 people dead; and they are as follows:
• 78 civilians, including two women and four children.
• 61 regime military personnel, “collaborators” with security services and members with settled-status working for regime services and backed militias.
• Ten former fighters who did not joined any military formation, after striking reconciliation deals.
• An ex-ISIS member.
• Six unidentified people.
• A Russian-backed militiaman.
