Security chaos in HTS areas | Displaced civilian killed in clashes with thieves in Harim city

Idlib province: SOHR activists have documented the death of a civilian displaced from Hama countryside, in armed clashes with thieves who tried to steal his sheep near Harim city northern of Idlib, which is controlled by HTS and factions.

On the other hand, two civilians were injured by shrapnel of a bomb detonated by an unidentified person in the centre of a crowded area. He detonated the bomb after he was caught trying to steal in the centre of Al-Bab city.

Accordingly, SOHR activists have documented 19 incidents of security disorder in areas held by HTS and factions in Idlib and surrounding countryside, leaving 20 dead: Five unidentified people, 13 civilians, including three children, a woman and two combatants, including an HTS fighter.
