Third case of abandoned new-born babies in May | Baby found near residential neighbourhood in Rif Dimashq
19 cases documented so far in regime-controlled areas since early 2022
Reliable SOHR sources have reported that residents in the neighbourhood of Al-Baldah Al-Qadimah (the Old Town) in Jadidat Al-Fadl in Rif Dimashq found a new-born baby boy left by a man in front of a house, before the man escaped.
