After violating sanctity of house | Al-Sultan Murad armed members torture and arrest civilian in Ras Al-Ain “Sere Kanye”

Al-Hasakah province: SOHR activists have reported that members of Al-Sultan Murad faction operating in “Peace Spring” area, arrested a civilian from Al-Ameriyah area southern of Ras Al-Ain “Sere Kanye”, after they assaulted him with brutal beating, violated the sanctity of his house, and insulted his family members.

On May 9, SOHR activists reported that members of Al-Hamza Division, which is affiliated to the National Defence, expelled a family living in a house in Ras Al-Ain “Sere Kanye” city after raiding the house, assaulting the women and the man of the family and arresting him, after they refused to leave the house.
The house is located near a military checkpoint of the same faction. The faction aimed to turn the house into a rest place for fighters of the faction.
