Al-Hasakah province: SOHR activists have reported that Turkish forces stationed in “Peace Spring” areas have fired artillery shells on Al-Dirdara, Al-Qabr Al-Saghir, Qobor Al-Qarajna and Al-Shaikh Ali villages in Tel Tamr and ABo Rasen “Zarkan” towns in the north western Al-Hasakah countryside. However, no casualties have been reported yet.
On May 17, SOHR sources reported that factions of the Turkish-backed “National Army” fired an artillery shell on a military post of regime forces in Al-Rebay’at village in Abu Rasin countryside (Zarkan) in the north-western countryside of Al-Hasakah. However, no casualties were reported.
On May 14, SOHR sources reported that a member of the 20th Division sustained various injuries, after a military pickup vehicle with submachine gun installed over it was targeted with a guided missile fired by SDF, after the vehicle had got close to the frontline separating the two zones in Al-Alyah area in Ras Al-Ain countryside in northern Al-Hasakah.
Also, Turkish forces and their proxy factions fired heavy artillery shells and mortars on the surrounding areas of the Russian base in Al-Mabaqer and the electricity centre in the north of Tel Tamr district, as well as positions in Um Al-Kaif village in the west of Tel Tamr district.
