Stressing providing political, military and financial support | Coalition delegation meets with SDF commanders in eastern Aleppo

SOHR sources have reported that a military and political delegation of the International Coalition met a few days ago with commanders of the “Autonomous Administration in northern and north-eastern Syria” in Ain Al-Arab (Kobani) in the eastern countryside of Aleppo to discuss the recent developments in the region. According to SOHR sources, the delegation stressed that it would provide support to humanitarian and relief organisations operating in that region, as well as providing political, military and logistical support to the Autonomous Administration.

Yesterday, SOHR activists monitored the entry of an International Coalition convoy to Syria from Kurdistan-Iraq region.

The convoy, which comprised 15 trucks carrying logistic supplies and fuel, crossed into Syrian territory through Al-Walid crossing and headed towards the military bases in Al-Hasakah province.

On May 13, SOHR activists reported that the International Coalition brought new military reinforcement to Syrian territory from Iraq through Al-Walid border crossing with Kurdistan-Iraq region.

The reinforcement comprised 70 military vehicles, containers and large trucks carrying three heavy cannons and unloaded in the military bases in Al-Hasakah to be distributed later to bases of the Coalition in northern and eastern Syria.
