Israeli bombardment | Head of ground handling and air cargo at Damascus international airport killed

SOHR sources have reported that “Head of Customer Service and Air Cargo”, Ground handling Director, was killed by the Israeli bombardment that hit Damascus International Airport area on Friday evening.

The civil servant is from Zakyiah town in Rif Dimashq.

 

Yesterday, SOHR activists documented the death of three officers and injury of four others of the regime’s “Air-Defence” in the Israeli bombardment that hit military positions and warehouses of Iranian militias in the vicinity of the capital Damascus.

Violent explosions were heard on the Syrian coast and Misyaf area in Hama countryside and the middle region of Syria, due to regime air-defence forces blocking Israeli missiles over the Mediterranean sea.

Meanwhile, military positions of Iranian militias in the vicinity of Al-Manae’ mountain near Al-Kaswa city in the south western Rif Dimashq were shelled, in addition to Jamraya area northern of the capital Damascus and the Damascus International Airport. Moreover, remnants of an Israeli missile hit a farm in Al-Saida Zainab southern to the capital and were controlled by Iranian militias.

According to reliable SOHR sources, a fire broke out in positions of Iranian militias in the vicinity of the Damascus International Airport, where ambulances were spotted rushing to the targeted area, amid confirmed information of casualties.
