Day after conducting military drills | Coalition forces transport military convoy from Al-Omar oil field to Koniko field, east of Deir Ezzor

International Coalition forces have transported a military convoy comprising dozens of military vehicles from Al-Omar oil field to Koniko gas field, east of Deir Ezzor, SOHR activists have reported.

This development comes a day after International Coalition forces conducted military manoeuvres and live-fire exercises in the vicinity of Koniko field near the desert in Deir Ezzor countryside.

Also, on May 15, Strong explosions were heard in eastern and northern Deir Ezzor countryside caused by conducting live-fire exercises by US-led International Coalition forces in Koniko gas field, which is a US military base in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor.

On May 14, International Coalition forces also conducted artillery and aviation military exercises in the area near Al-Omar field in Dhiban desert in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor.
