Damascus Province:

The Syrian authorities released more than 350 female and male detainees yesterday, most of them elderly and from those who were arrested because of demonstration against the regime forces. It is unknown whether they were released under promises given by the regime authorities to the UN envoy Steffan de Mistura or to the Russian government, while 200000 other detainees are still inside the regime jails, including thousands of missing inside these jails.
