With flight of large Turkish drone | Ground forces shell civilians’ houses in Tel Tamr and Abo Rasen

Al-Hasakah province: SOHR activists have reported that a large Turkish drone has been flying over Tel Tamr and Abo Rasen (Zarkan) in Al-Hasakah countryside, while Turkish forces intensified artillery and missile shelling on Abo Rasen (Zarkan) town and its countryside and the countryside of Tel Tamr north western of Al-Hasakah, where dozens of shells hit the centre of Abo Rasen town causing large material damages and setting a house on fire.

Moreover, the shells hit Tel Al-Ward, Khirbat Shae’r, Al-Kozlaih, Al-Ghaibash, Sokar Hamir, Tawila, Tel Goma’a and the Assyrian Tel Kafshy villages, pressuring civilians to displace from their houses and injuring an SDF member.

The shelling coincided with flight of Turkish drones in the region.
A few hours ago, SOHR activists reported that Turkish forces in “Peace Spring” area have fired heavy artillery shells on Al-Tawila village in Tel Tamr countryside north western of Al-Hasakah.

Moreover, Turkish-backed factions shelled Abo Rasen (Zarkan) in Al-Hasakah countryside, amid flight of Turkish drones over the area.

Earlier today, SOHR activists reported intensive rocket and artillery shells fired by Turkish forces stationed at their bases in “Peace Spring” area on Al-Tawilah village and its surrounding in Tel Tamr countryside, north-west of Al-Hasakah. However, no casualties were reported.

This bombardment came as part of the daily escalation and shelling by Turkish forces and “National Army” factions.
