Following circulation of pictures of military police commander accused of “releasing criminal in return for ransom” | Revolutionary activists in Al-Bab city issue statement, demanding clarification

Aleppo province: A state of public anger is growing in Al-Bab city in the east of Aleppo province over the release of a man involved in several crimes by the military police commander in the city and the northern countryside of Aleppo in return for a sum of money estimated to be 1,500 USD. The man was supposed to be referred to the military court in order to be tried and punished for the crimes he committed.

 

Meanwhile, revolutionary activists in Al-Bab city have issued a statement, calling for holding accountable all individuals involved in this crime, the bribe which led to the release of the “criminal,” including “Hamido Al-Juhaiyshi. The activists have also demanded the command of Tha-Eroon Le Al-Tahrir and the military court in al-Bab to issue a statement clarifying the circumstances of the case of releasing “Al-Juhaiyshi” to the public opinion and publicly announce the outcomes of the investigation by judiciary authorities entrusted to tri him.
