“No to Turkish intervention in north and east Syria” | Regime loyalists stage sit-in protest in Al-Qamishly

SOHR activists have reported that dozens of regime loyalists organized a sit-in in front of the Cultural Centre in Al-Qamishly city, denouncing the Turkish threats against Syria, and opposing the presence of US forces in north eastern of Syra.

The protestors raised banners that read: “We condemn the Turkish intervention in our situations.. No to Turkish intervention.. No to the racist Turkish aggression.”

On May 28, SOHR activists reported that protests escalate against the upcoming Turkish operation in areas held by SDF and Kurdish forces northern and north eastern of Syria, where several residents in Aleppo protested in Tel Refaat city and Saad Allah Al-Jabry area against Erdogan’s aggressive statements, and raised banners against Turkey and its policy in Syria.
