Amid firing flares | Turkish forces shell two villages and positions controlled by “Manbij Military Council” in eastern Aleppo

Aleppo province: Turkish forces stationed in Al-Shuwayha base in the north-eastern countryside of Aleppo fired several artillery shells on Al-Boghaz and Al-Kawikli villages which are controlled by the SDF-backed “Manbij Military Council” in the eastern countryside of Aleppo. Meanwhile, the Turkish forces fired flares near frontlines in Al-Bab and Manbij cities in eastern Aleppo. However, no casualties have been reported.

Earlier today, SOHR activists documented the killing of a member of the SDF-backed “Manbij Military Council,” while thwarting an infiltration operation carried out by groups of the Turkish-backed “National Army” in the villages of Al-Mohsenli and Jandal in the northern countryside of Manbij, east of Aleppo, amid reports of the death of some attackers.

Meanwhile, Syrian Observatory sources reported that several rockets and artillery shells showered the outskirts of Al-Ghor village and the Abu Al-Zandin crossing, which is under control of “National Army” from areas controlled by Kurdish and regime force, north of Aleppo.
