Old ordnance | Landmine explosion kills two brothers and injures two girls in Aleppo

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have documented the death of two boys and injury of two girls severely, due to the explosion of an old landmine near Awn Al-Dadat in Manbij countryside eastern of Aleppo.

Accordingly, SOHR has documented the death of 113 civilians, including six women and 48 children, due to explosions of old landmines, unexploded shells and bombs across Syria since early 2022. In addition, 138 civilians, including nine women and 88 children, sustained various injuries in the same period. Among the total death toll, a man and his son were killed in the collapse of a war-damaged building in Darya city in Rif Dimashq, as well as the death of four civilians in the collapse of another building in Jubar neighbourhood.
