Deir Ezzor province: SOHR activists have monitored the explosion of an IED targeting a vehicle carrying members of the Iranian “Revolutionary Guards” militias in the southern Deir Ezzor Desert. However, no casualties have been reported yet.

It is worth noting that the targeted members are from Hatla town and work for Iranian militias.

On the other hand, a group of people calling themselves “Ashbal Al-Qadisiyah” burned a picture of Al-Khomeini hanged on a lamppost in Hawd Al-Forat (Euphrates) in Deir Ezzor city, before fleeing to an unknown destination.

Yesterday, SOHR activists documented the injury of regime-backed Al-Qatarji militiamen in the explosion of an old landmine, while they were on an inspection tour and combing operation near Al-Taym oil field in Deir Ezzor countryside on Deir Ezzor-Damascus road.
SOHR sources revealed the identity of the deaths in an attack waged by ISIS fighters that targeted a bus in Al-Shula desert in the southern countryside of Deir Ezzor.
The fatalities were as follows: Three soldiers who work with Iranian-backed militias and carry personal cards issued by regime’s security services “as a camouflage” and a civilian who was on the bus.
According to Syrian Observatory sources, the fighters are from Hama, Homs and Al-Raqqah provinces and they were in civilian clothes in the bus on their way home to spend their vacations, when ISIS fighters attacked the bus carrying civilians and fighters.
ISIS attack also left 20 people who were on the bus, including civilians and military personnel, injured
