Violent shelling and clashes | Ankara-backed factions and forces operating in Manbij countryside trade fire

Clashes erupted in the early hours of Monday morning between “National Army” factions and military forces operating in the area on the frontlines of Al-Kawkali and Al-Sajour villages, west of Manbij.

National Army” factions and military forces operating in the area have also traded rocket and artillery shelling, targeting the villages and towns of Arimah, Qart, Wiran, Al-Kawakli, Al-Fawares farms and Al-Bughaz with nearly 50 rocket and artillery shells. However, no casualties have been reported.

Yesterday, SOHR activists reported that Turkish forces and their proxies in positions in Al-Sokariyah Al-Kabira, shelled areas held by the Military Manbij Council, where artillery shells hit Al-Hamra residential village in Manbij countryside eastern of Aleppo.
