For ransoms | Al-Hamza Division arrests three civilians in Afrin

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have reported that members of Al-Hamza Division patrol arrested three civilians from kafrdily Tahtany village in Afrin countryside for “doing compulsory service during the control of the Autonomous Administration over Afrin”, to collect ransoms.

SOHR activists have reported that on June 4, members of Al-Sultan Sulayman Shah “Amshat” faction kidnapped three civilians from Sheikh Al-Hadid district for “dealing with Autonomous-Administration during its control over Afrin. “Amshat” members asked the detainees’ families to pay ransom for their release.
