Turkish bombardment | Turkish forces shell areas and vicinity of Russian base in northern Aleppo countryside amid flights by Russian warplanes

SOHR activists have reported rocket and artillery fire by Turkish forces stationed at Thulthanah base on the outskirts of Marea, targeting the villages of Al-Samouqah, Umm Al-Qura, Harbil, and the vicinity of the Russian outpost in Al-Wahshiyah village in the northern countryside of Aleppo.

Turkish shelling has coincided with fights by Russian warplanes over the area.

 

This morning, SOHR activists reported seeing Russian warplanes and helicopters flying over frontlines between SDF Military Forces and regime forces on the one hand, and the factions of the National Army and Turkish forces on the other in the countryside of Manbij, east of Aleppo, passing through Al-Qamishli and reaching Abu Rasin/Zarkan, Amuda, and Al-Darbasiyah in the northern and northern countryside of Al-Hasakah at Syria-Turkey border.
