Military escalation | Turkish ground shelling on two villages injures woman and child

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have documented the injury of a woman displaced from Afrin this evening, in addition to the damage of several civilians’ houses, where Turkish forces stationed in Jalbal village have fired over 15 heavy artillery shells and missiles on Abin village and its vicinity.

Moreover, Turkish forces stationed in Thalthana base fired several artillery shells on the outskirts of Um Al-Hawsh village in the northern Aleppo countryside, injuring a child.

Earlier today, Turkish forces stationed in Thalthana base on the outskirts of Marae’ city fired artillery shells on Al-Samoka, Um Al-Qora, Hirbal villages and the vicinity of Russian checkpoint in Al-Wahshiyah village in northern Aleppo countryside, coinciding with flight of Russian warplanes in the region.
